Abu Dhabi- Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) announced that it will offer a new loan of AED 1.1 million for citizens for house maintenance and expansion, Al Khaleej newspaper said.
The two-year loan, extended over 15 years, is payable in monthly instalments or easy payments, depending on the authority’s decision.
The authority set 12 terms to obtain the loan, included:
· Being an Emirati citizen.
· Holder of a family record issued from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
· The applicant shall not be an ex-beneficiary of previous housing loans from any authority.
· His monthly income shall not be less than AED 15,000.
· The applicant should be a permanent resistant of UAE.
· He should be a solo individual, unless it is a joint ownership of the land.
· To have completed 21 years.
